All persons must have a ticket or pass for entry. We recommend that you come to a festival venue at least 30 minutes before the start of each screening. Ticket and Passholders MUST take their seats 15 minutes prior to showtime. (We recommend at least 30 minutes for an evening show). Ticket or pass holders who do not arrive 15 minutes prior to showtime cannot be guaranteed a seat even with a purchased ticket or pass. Any unclaimed seats will be released for sale to the public 15 minutes before show time; therefore, you must be seated 15 minutes before show time to ensure your admission.

Barring any unforeseen technical difficulties, SCREENINGS WILL START ON TIME.

You must be 21 or older to attend the Opening Night, Closing Night, or Centerpiece parties. Proof of age is required at the door.

ADVANCE ONLINE AND PHONE

Advance tickets can be purchase by Visa, MC, AmEx, or PayPal from sfgreenfilmfest.org or (415) 742-1394 until March 3, 2011. Service fees apply.

DAY-OF-SHOW TICKETS

From March 3-6, tickets will no longer be available online or by phone and must be purchased at the screening venue. The box office opens at 6pm on March 3, and 12 noon March 4-6. At the venue we accept CASH ONLY.

WILL CALL

INDIVIDUAL TICKETS: Please PRINT the PDF ticket that will be emailed to you at time of purchase. Individual screening tickets will not be mailed. (After the screening, your printed-paper ticket will be recycled or reused in the festival office for scratch paper – thank you!).

FESTIVAL PASSES will be held at Will Call. Photo ID is required for pick-up.

“RUSH” TICKETS

If the box office has sold out their allotment of advance tickets for a particular show it does not necessarily mean that the show is sold out. There will very likely be tickets available at the door. These tickets will go on sale 15 minutes before show time on a first-come, first-served basis. A line for each screening  for which advance tickets have sold out will form outside the venue. This is known as the RUSH LINE. Approximately fifteen minutes before showtime, Festival staff will count empty seats in the theatre and will allow the corresponding number of patrons from the Rush Line to purchase tickets at that time. There is no guarantee that Rush tickets will be available for any particular screening. Available Rush tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis to those in line.

REFUND POLICY

All pass and ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges permitted.

TICKET SERVICE FEES

There is a service fee of $1.30 per individual screening ticket; $2.87-$3.49 for Opening Night Gala; and $7.24 for an All-Access Festival Pass. This fee is paid to our ticket provider and allows us to maintain our online box office. Ticket service fees are non-refundable.
